We are a full-service wedding and event management, planning and production company founded in 2007, based in KL, Malaysia. We plan, conceptualise and design stylish events and breathtaking weddings. Our personalised approach ensures that the events we plan meet the objectives set forth by the client and the weddings truly reflect our couples’ individuality and style. No detail is too small or too big for us. We are just as at home planning a wedding in the countryside of Tuscany, as we are in Hanoi bargaining with street vendors.

Professional and personable, with an eye for detail and a way about her that puts people at ease, it’s no wonder that Natasha Khoo is one of the most sought-after wedding planners and pioneer of event management company in KL, Malaysia. With her multi-faceted experiences in accounting and audit, marketing, public relations, tourism and hospitality in some of the biggest international brands, Natasha has enriched her skills over the years to find her calling in planning and managing one-of-a-kind stylish events and gorgeous weddings. These qualities, together with her sensitive nature and respect for clients’ privacy, set the standards for a growing profession that demands a high level of knowledge in all areas.

As the founder and creative force of Peak Xperience (Event planning and management company in KL), her passion in planning events started at a young age. From her school days all the way through to university, she constantly challenged herself and gave 110% in everything that she got involved in. From the glitz of organising social events and prom nights to the grub of scrubbing floors and painting murals to raise funds for charity, she has always understood the meaning of responsibility, team work and hard work. When she wasn’t busy planning the next event, she could be seen rehearsing for the next dance performance, coaching other students or organising group holidays with her friends. It is the same tenacity and grit, flexibility and passion for life that led her to thrive in this demanding industry. Though she graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and practiced as an auditor for several years, she followed her heart and went into the creative field to pursuit her real passion. She trained at the Flower School of Beijing and also holds a certificate in 3D Max Design.

Free spirited and adventurous at heart, she is an avid traveler who enjoys exploring the world and trying new things, seeking inspiration through art and architecture, the food she tastes and the people she meets. She spends her free time honing her creativity – from cooking to calligraphy and everything in between. Her bucket list is to be able to plan at least one wedding in every continent in the world.

ROWENA CHIEW

Vivacious Sunshine

Her love of colours, textures and all things glittery drew Rowena Chiew to events. What began as an interest quickly snowballed into a full-time pursuit to master the art of event design and planning. She enjoys working her creativity by translating your vision into reality, while taking the worry out of everything. With her boundless energy and a small perfectionist streak, she ensures that every special event – be it a wedding, celebration or milestone – is executed flawlessly with exquisite attention to details. When Rowena isn’t in her element thinking up something fabulous, she can be found munching on chocolate chip cookies and planning her next adventure.

BERNARD CHONG

Jack of All Trades

Bernard can perhaps be described as the energy and soul of the company. Not one to rest on his laurels, Bernard is always on-the-go and constantly keeps himself (and our team) busy! Although he graduated with a Bachelors in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, he chose a career in sales and excelled in business and financial management. He takes on the lead role in managing the logistical matters of event production and vendor management. Clients love him for his amicable personality and his “can do” attitude. It is with this positivity that he never stops learning. He also trained at the Flower School of Beijing and was tasked to be the Class Monitor by the principal. During his free time, you can catch him at business seminars or doing daddy duties for his three beautiful children. His version of birthday gifts them are share certificates instead of toys. He’s also known as “Mr Yes Man” within our company because ‘impossible’ is never in his vocabulary and he never says No to his customers!

ADNES LEI

Social Butterfly

Adnes was the runner up in 8TV’s wedding planning reality show ‘The Ring Mission’. Armed with exceptional people skills, Adnes has overseen the logistics of all matters large and small. From supervising labourers to attending to the needs of VIPs and family, Adnes is a persuasive communicator who is able to translate complex issues into easily understood task and her ‘can do’ attitude in solving problems especially in tensed situations. Prior to this, she worked in training and human resource, which has provided her a dynamic experience in delivering effective solutions. She also manages the day-to-day operations of the office. She trained at the Flower School of Beijing and also holds a certificate in 3D Max Design.

Adnes lives with her husband and an adorable daughter. She is the ultimate Domestic Goddess and spends her free time cooking up a storm in her kitchen, spending girly girl moments with her daughter at beauty salons and scouring beautiful finds at local malls and markets.
