MARY & STEFANO | ITALIAN-INSPIRED

This fun-loving Hanoi-based couple wanted an intimate wedding with beautiful décor that is understated, delicious Italian cuisine, impeccable wines and an afterparty that will go on till 4am. We had exactly that and more. We met up with Mary and Stefano a few times over the course of 9 months and the rest of the discussions were done over whatsapp. Hosted at Marini’s 57, the location where they first met, the wedding details infused both personalities into it with Marini’s modern dining room being converted into a bright, chic Mediterranean-inspired setting whereas the more masculine cigar lounge took a romantic twist with soft pink and pastel botanicals. Both Mary and Stefano wanted the space to be beautiful yet doesn’t look like it’s trying too hard, a space that facilitates conversations and an unobstructed view of KL city skyline. For the afterparty, we had live portrait photography session at the outdoor area.
